Carol works as a psychologist specialized in working with adolescents and adults in short term or long term psychotherapy.

She works with a psychodynamic approach, which looks at how you became the person you are today and how your past influences your present. Additionally, mindfulness-based cognitive strategies and skills are integrated in order to help you deal with personal difficulties and balance your mood.
Carol uses her vast experience, accumulated over the past 20 years, to help you find the root cause of your challenges and develop effective coping strategies to overcome any obstacle. She is keen to help you find ways to lead a full life!
Carol has recently completed her training to become a yoga instructor. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her two kids.
